Hello!!! Today's Featured Stamper over at Splitcoast is Annette Allen aka Clever Creations....congrats, Annette!!! I chose this beautiful card to case because of the interesting layout with the designer paper corner design. I have used the following sets by Our Daily Bread designs to make this Thanksgiving card: 'Autumn Tree' (image), 'Thank You' (scripture verse), 'Ornate Border Sentiments' (xoxoxo stamped into the tree), plus the Rustic Beauty Designer Paper Collection. Thanksgiving will be here in a flash and I still have several cards to make! I might use this layout again and switch up the colors and designer paper!!
Thanks for visiting with me today!
God bless!

Congrats to Julia!!
Hi, everyone!! It's been a busy week with not much time for stamping, but I'm catching up today by playing along with the Featured Stamper Challenge over at Splitcoast. This past week's artist is Crafty Julia......congrats, Julia!! I chose this beautiful card to recreate since I loved the layout!! Today's Inspiration Challenge is to choose a photo from Felix Doolittle's site.....I fell in love with the gorgeous colors of this calling card. For my card, I used the Hydrangea single and a sentiment from Sentiments Collection 2, along with the ODBD Custom Beautiful Borders Dies, all by Our Daily Bread designs. The image was stamped onto a white panel, then I used the "out of the box" technique by using a ruler and exacto knife to cut across the panel just up to the image (on top and bottom), then cut the top and bottom of the image with scissors. The outside edges of the panel were sponged in light blue and the image was watercolored with re-inkers and a paintbrush. After adhering the border die cuts, I sprayed Pearl Glimmer Mist then added liquid pearls to the flower centers.

God is Good All The Time!
Hey, everyone!!! Eeek, I haven't stamped in over a week.....I was going through withdrawal!! I'm behind on my birthday list, so I had to get back into the groove, especially when I saw the Sketch Challenge at Splitcoast. This is a birthday card for my nephew who loves the color red. I LOVE this sentiment....I may wear out this stamp!! Both the clock and sentiment are from 'God's Timing' from Our Daily Bread designs and the dies I used are from two coordinating sets, ODBD Custom Matting Circles Dies and ODBD Circle Ornaments Dies.
Before I go, just want to remind you that the Autumn and Thanksgiving stamps and dies from Our Daily Bread designs are on sale this week.....check out the details HERE!!

Sparkle! Triple Challenge Combo
Hi, everyone! I have used several challenges in the making of this card. This week's 500th Color Challenge at Splitcoast is to use one of four color combos.....I chose the winter combo. Also, the Clean and Simple Challenge is to use piercing, so I couldn't pass that up!!! Also, the ODBD Shining the Light "Anything Goes with ODBD Stamps" Challenge is still underway, so I will be linking up to that as well.
I have combined the new "Christmas Pennant Row" set (sparkle pennant), cut out with the ODBD Custom "Pennant Row" Dies, along with the "Warm Wishes" set. When I first saw the "sparkle" sentiment, I immediately thought of using it with a snow scene. After stamping and coloring the scene, I added some Dazzling Diamonds glitter glue and irridescent gemstones for some sparkle.
Thanks again for stopping by!!

Here are the products I will be featuring in my card below:
For my card sample below, I chose to use a pattern from the "Christmas Collection" Designer Paper pack, stamped the verse from "Scripture Collection 9" directly onto the the designer paper, sponged the edges, adhered to an ivory mat, then paper pierced the edges plus an oval around the verse (using a die as a template to freehand pierce.) The "Glory" pennant from "Christmas Pennant Row" was stamped in dark brown onto ivory then cut out with the "ODBD Custom Pennant Row" Dies, matted in green, then popped up with foam tape. Baker's twine and brown pearls were added as embellishments.
Before I go, just want to remind you of the November pre-order special.....check out all of the details at the bottom of THIS POST on the ODBD Blog.

Nameframe Baby Gift
Happy Saturday!!! This week's Inspiration Challenge over at Splitcoast is to find inspiration from the artwork at Fine Art America. Okay, I'm cheating since I won't be home to stamp today.....my nameframe below was already done, but when I saw this adorable blue elephant, I just had to submit for this challenge!! This is a gift I made for my little sister, Rebecca, who is expecting her first child any day now. The nursery colors are chocolate brown and mint green with zoo animals and sports. I did not have sports stamps small enough to work, so I cut the different balls out of designer paper from Bo Bunny. The animal stamps are Stampendous Baby Invite.
Here is a close-up:
This is my sister, Rebecca.....isn't she gorgeous? I can't wait to meet little Zayne!!!

Inspirational ODBD Keychain
Hello!! I bought a handful of keychains at JoAnn's several years ago, but put them into my "to-be-altered" stash and forgot about them. My little brother is away at college and wanted to remind him that he is not alone even though he is far from family.....God is always there and is "good all the time"! This new set from Our Daily Bread designs, 'God's Timing' was perfect for this project!!
I cut a piece of white cardstock to fit the insert, stamped the clock image and hands in Stazon Midnight Blue (stamped off), then stamped the sentiment in Stazon Jet Black. The edges were sponged in caramel and speckles were made with a marker. I used Stazon so that the image and message wouldn't "run" if the keychain were to get wet. The paper in the background for the photo is from the 'Blooming Garden Collection' from Our Daily Bread designs.
I will be submitting this to the ODBD Shining the Light "Anything Goes" Challenge....use any stamps from Our Daily Bread designs for a chance to win a gift certificate for $15 toward ODBD stamps (in the stamp column)!!
Thanks for visiting!!

My birthday card for Kelley features the following items from the Our Daily Bread designs arsenal:
I knew I wanted to make something "girly" and pink, so I began by cutting three sets of flowers from ivory cardstock using the ODBD Custom Asters and Leaves Dies, stenciled them with pink then sponged the edges with caramel and layered them over the ODBD Custom Decorative Vase Die which was cut from caramel cardstock and stenciled with caramel ink. The sentiment from 'Ornate Borders Sentiments' was stamped on an ivory panel cut with the ODBD Custom Antique Labels and Border Dies, popped up over the ivory background panel which was dry-embossed using the ODBD Custom Quatrefoil Pattern Die. Lots of pearls and 'Pearl' Glimmer Mist were added after the edges were paper pierced and sponged and the matching ribbon was added.
Thanks so much for helping us to celebrate Kelley's birthday!! We are so very grateful that the Lord led her to start this amazing, God-centered business! What a blessing to be a part of such a wonderful company!!! We are grateful to all of YOU for supporting us......Mwaaah!!!

Roses, Just Because....
Hi, everyone!! Today's Inspiration Challenge over at Splitcoast is totally yummy!!!! Choose a photo from Cotton and Crumbs website (gorgeous cakes, cupcakes, and cookies).....I fell in love with the colors and roses of this amazing cake (photo at the left), so I dug into my special stash and grabbed this designer paper by My Minds Eye, plus the following items from Our Daily Bread designs: 'Rose Bouquet' stamp set, 'Ornate Border Sentiments', ODBD Custom 'Beautiful Borders' Dies, ODBD 'Ornate Borders and Flowers Dies' (corner and sentiment panel). The roses were stamped on white, colored with markers, fussy cut with craft knife and paper snips, then popped up with foam tape. The border die was stenciled in aqua, baker's twine threaded through, then popped up with foam tape as well.

Here are the sets and dies featured either in my new samples below or the sneak peeks shown earlier in the week:
My first project for today is a bookmark I created using "God's Timing" along with the ODBD Custom "Bookmarks Dies". The scalloped layer of the bookmark was cut out with the largest die in the "Bookmarks Dies" set; the red mat was a rectangle that I shaped by trimming the curves by hand. The clock image and sentiment were both copper embossed; the hands cut out with the ODBD Custom "Matting Circles" Dies; the clock was repeatedly stamped in red and the edges sponged in tan (there are some random circle stencil accents also.)
My next project also features "God's Timing", but this time around I used the ODBD Custom "Circle Ornaments" Dies and ODBD Custom "Matting Circles" Dies to create the pocket watch. These two die sets were designed to coordinate for layered mats. The marbled panel and clock face were created by daubing purple, blue, and silver alcohol inks onto glossy paper. The sentiment panel was cut with the ODBD Custom "Antique Labels and Border Dies".
Here are two sneak peeks which were shared earlier in the week, both using the "Autumn Tree" set:
Thanks for celebrating a new month with us!!
