For my sample today, I chose to create a 12x12 scrapbook page in tribute of my Kitty, who passed away a couple of months ago......she was 20 years old.....it sure was tough getting used to her not being here after all that time! When the new pet sympathy sets were revealed to the team, I knew that I had to make a page for Kitty! (Sorry for the dark photos......this was the best I could do without a glare on the Kitty photos!)
Here is a closer view without the outside edges. I'm so excited that I was able to use many stamp sets for my page embellishments.....not one store-bought embellie here....all are stamped!! (I love a good challenge!)
'Ingredients':
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs 'Cat Sympathy'(cat image and sentiments), 'Francis of Assisi' (quote), 'Happy Fall' (single sunflower), 'Harvest Blessings' (sunflower group), 'Missing You';
Cardstock: Stampin Up Garden Green and Whisper White;
Designer Paper: 12 x 12 Prima 'Sweet Tea' from the 'Sun Kiss Collection';
Ink: Stazon Jet Black, Stampin Up Ink Pads and Markers;
Accessories: Our Daily Bread designs 'Sunflower Die Set', Our Daily Bread designs 'Fence Die', Martha Stewart Fringe Scissors, Spellbinders Labels Eight, paper piercer and template, foam tape, sponge daubers;
Size: 12" x 12".

I am so sorry about your kitty. Its awsome to be able to make these wonder pages. Great job. I dont know what I would do if something happened to my best friend Brutus. He is our 11 yr. Old pug. Cant wait to get the new stamp sets!

I got my first pet when I moved into my first apt. She was a sweet Terrier/Dauschand mix and was a great friend until she passed a few years ago. I still think of her often.
I hope my 12 year old kitty lives until 20!
Angie this is such a sweet page, I have been taking pictures of my pets for years with the intention of making a scrapbook. I have 10 dogs. With such inspiration maybe I'll start that album now!
