Divinity Designs LLC November New Release!

Hi, everyone!  Wow, it's time for another new release from Divinity Designs LLC!  Seems like just yesterday is was summer and now we're working on winter projects!!  To see all of the beautiful new stamps and dies, plus some amazing designer samples, visit the Divinity Designs LLC Blog.

Below are the new items I have featured in my card samples for today:

My first card is a shaker card created with the new Snowman and Friends Stamp/Die Duos set, along with the Serenity Snowflakes Slimline Paper Pad, and the following dies: Snow Globe, Christmas Dove (snowflakes), Scalloped Rectangles, Pierced Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer, Scalloped Ovals, Pierced Ovals, and Ovals. The snow globe was cut from silver mirror paper; the outer edge of the die cut was used to trace onto the designer paper on which the snowman was stamped.  This created the backing for the shaker.  The snow inside is white Flower Soft sprinkles.

My second card features the new Birch Background Die, along with the 'All is Calm' Stamp/Die Duos set which was released last month. The Birch BG Die is the same size as the largest die in the Pierced Rectangles Dies set, so I cut a white panel, sponged yellow in the center and navy around the edges. The birch panel was cut with white, stenciled with gray, then popped up with foam tape over the sponged panel; the navy mat was cut with the Matting Rectangle Die and the gray card was cut with the A2 Landscape Card Base with Layer Dies set. The Large Banners Dies set was used for the sentiment, also sponged with yellow. The fawn was water-colored; the foliage and pinecones were colored with markers. Navy baker's twine was used as a finishing touch.

Thanks so much for hanging out with us today!

Blessings,

"Faith, Hope, Love" Flower Soft Snow Globe

Aren't these Flower Soft Display Globes the coolest?! These two cards were made for Our Daily Bread designs' Product Review of the Display Globes and Card Toppers by Flower Soft. Read the entire review HERE. This yummy paper is from Basic Grey's "Wassail" collection; the door stamp is from the ODBD set, "Ask, Seek, Knock"; the wreath was cut from a Flower Soft Card Topper and popped up for dimension; the "bushes" were punched with a Martha Stuart foliage punch, the borders punched with a Martha Stuart Doily Lace border punch; the pearls are by Zva; and the snow is Flower Soft "Polar White". Since I didn't want to cover up the gorgeous paper with a large sentiment stamp, I chose "faith", "hope", and "love" from one of the stamps in the new ODBD set called "His Gift". And for dessert, LOTS of Pearl Glimmer Mist!!! (Helpful hint: spray your papers BEFORE you add the globe to your project! I forgot and had to cover up the globe!)
This second card was made with the paper scraps from the first, plus I used a Flower Soft Card Topper on which I stamped the verse from "His Gift" and added pearls and Vintage Christmas Flower Soft.....and more Glimmer Mist, of course!!!!!

Don't forget to stock up on your Flower Soft supplies...all Flower Soft items are on sale at the ODBD store until Saturday at midnight!!

Thanks for stopping by today!!! Have a blessed weekend!!!
