Relaxin' in the Tropics!

SplitcoastStampers.com Sketch Challenge 803
Hi, everyone! It's time for a new Sketch Challenge over at Splitcoast!  Plus, you're getting a sneak peek of the 'Cool and Casual' Paper Pad and 'Alphabet Caps' Dies from Divinity Designs LLC!  When I saw this week's sketch, I wasn't sure how to tackle it....paper strips, stenciling, die cuts?  I decided to go with the tedious route and started with a rectangle and then cut each opening with a single square die. It took a few minutes to die cut all of the squares, but it was not difficult.  Once the frame was all cut out, it was popped up with foam tape over a tropical pattern from the 'Cool and Casual' Paper Pad, then embellished with the Hibiscus Dies set, Tropical Leaves Dies, and Alphabet Caps Dies in place of the sentiment strip. Other dies used: Pierced Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, and A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer Dies.

Divinity Designs LLC 'Cool and Casual' Paper Pad; Custom Dies: Alphabet Caps, Pierced Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, Hibiscus, Tropical Leaves, Squares, A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer; Card Designer Angie Crockett

Thanks once again for stopping by!  Stay tuned....the May release for Divinity Designs LLC will be revealed on Friday, the 29th!

What a wonderful tropical card Angie - love the brights in among the dark greens in the paper, and you have echoed it beautifully in the die cut
