Live LIfe in Full Bloom

Here are the new items featured in my card today:

For my card, I began by picking out a designer paper pattern from the Rustic Beauty Paper Collection to peek through the Boho Background Die.  I used raspberry, blackberry, mauve, and saffron cardstock to create the blossom with the Flower Layering Combo 1 Dies.  The Fancy Flourish Die was cut twice from olive; the sentiment is from the 'Magnolia' Stamp/Die Duos set, framed and matted with the Vintage Labels Dies and Double Pierced Vintage Labels Dies.  The background and flower were popped up with X-press-It Double Sided Foam Tape for dimension.

I Dig Gardening!

Hi, everyone!  This week's Ways to Use It Challenge over at Splitcoast is to use tearing on your project.  For my card, I created garden rows by cutting a kraft panel with a Pierced Rectangle Die, then tore strips to sponge and layer.  My little great-niece loves to garden with adult size tools so I knew I had to create a garden with a full size shovel.  The shovel and sentiments are from the 'I Dig You' stamp set and here are the dies used: Large Banners (signs), Pierced Rectangles, Curvy Slopes, Fence, Grass Lawn, Sentiment Strips (sign posts), Clouds and Raindrops (sponged clouds), Matting Rectangle, and A2 Landscape Card Base with Layer. (All items from Divinity Designs LLC.)  After cutting out the grass border, I cut up the 'throw-away' piece for the tiny sprouts. The bow was tied with a Bow Easy.

Mini Slimline Dragonfly Birthday

Hi, everyone!  This week's Friday Free4All Challenge over at Splitcoast is to show your 'favorites' on your card.  This birthday card for my nephew has many favorites: color combo of kraft and aqua, watercoloring, glitter pen, linen thread, and my new fave is the Mini Slimline size!!  Here are the items from Divinity Designs LLC used in my card: dragonflies from the Friend to Friend Stamp/Die Duos set; designer paper from 'By The Shore' Paper Collection; Custom Dies: Happy Birthday and Layers, Mini Slimline Card Base, Mini Slimline Rectangles, Mini Slimline Layering Rectangles.

Divinity Designs LLC June New Release!

Hi, everyone!  Welcome to the Divinity Designs LLC June New Release party!! It's another month with super fun dies and powerful stamp sets!!  To see the entire new release plus all of the amazing designer samples, click HERE.

Below are the new stamps and dies featured in my three samples for today.  For additional products, please click on the links in each paragraph.

My first sample today features the new Scripture Collection 14, Boho Background Die, Flower Layering Combo 1 Dies, Fancy Flourish Die (3 shown), along with a leaf pattern from the 'Follow The Son' Paper Collection, Pennant Flags Dies, Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies, A2 Landscape Card Base with Layer Dies, X-Press It Double Sided Foam Tape, and sequins.

My next project was created with the new Stitched Satchel Dies set, along with the new 'Three Strands' stamp set (heat-embossed with gold), 'Fish' Embossing Folder, and Bitty Blossoms Dies. I normally shy away from 3-d projects but this was super easy!! I chose a suede brown cardstock and gold metallic cardstock....the photos don't do it justice, but if you go to the stamp show booth, you could see it in person soon!!!  The second photo shows one of the ends, which also has an embossed panel.  Not shown is the rear-view which has another embossed panel and a gold zipper die cut.

My third project features the Scripture Collection 14 stamp set, Fancy Flourish Die, along with the following items: 'Cross' Embossing Folder/Die Duos set, Cross Layering Combo Dies (three large cross shapes), Pierced Rectangles Dies, Matting Rectangle Die, Pierced Circles Dies, Circles Dies, and the A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer Dies. The layered crosses were popped up with X-Press It Double Sided Foam Tape. (The background was created with dry embossing, sponging ink, then burnishing with a shimmer paste to create the faux patina look.)
