Hi everyone! Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend! It has been so gorgeous here in Indiana, and though I have a bit of spring fever and wish to stay outside, I did take some time to play in a couple of challenges for a birthday card I need to mail out. The Featured Stamper at Splitcoast is Diane aka pinkberry.....what a fantastic gallery!!! I chose this gorgeous card due to the great layout! As Diane's card, I chose two different pieces of designer paper, but once I put them together, they look the same...oh well!
I have also used the Stampin Sisters In Christ Challenge, which is to incorporate something from the new season....butterflies and flowers!;
The Technique Lover's Challenge at Splitcoast today is 'Crop It'....instead of cropping my image by cutting, I left the panel inside the Spellbinder die and stamped over it;
The Inspiration Challenge from Splitcoast: I chose this vintage wallpaper from Johnny Tapete.
Card 'Ingredients':
Stamps: God's Love, 2-Step Butterflies;
Cardstock: Stampin Up Coral Calypso and Very Vanilla;
Designer paper: Glitz 'French Kiss';
Ink: Stazon Jet Black, Stampin Up Coral Calypso, Crumb Cake, and Early Espresso (sponging);
Accessories: ODBD 'Grunge Butterfly Die', Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles, Crocheted Lace, Zva Creative Pearls, Spica Glitter Pen (butterfly), Stamp-a-ma-jig Stamp Positioner, 'Pearl' Glimmer Mist, CM Corner Rounder, Paper Piercer and template;
Size: A2.
Thanks so much for stopping by! God bless!
