Warm, Golden Wishes for Featured Stamper!

Happy Sunday, everyone! Today I would like to share a fun and easy card which I made for two challenges. This week's Featured Stamper at Splitcoast is Anne Harada aka Itsapassion.....yay, Anne! What a treat it was to cruise through every page of her gallery....wow, so many gorgeous cards and projects to choose from. When I came across this white and gold beauty, it reminded me of the Shining the Light Challenge at Our Daily Bread designs (metallics with a twist), so I decided to combine the two challenges together.

P.S. When you have a moment, please say a little prayer for Anne's hubby....he was taken to the ER on Friday for some heart issues and I haven't heard from Anne with an update as of yet. Please also say a prayer for Cindy Coutt's step-mom, who is in the last stages of pancreatic cancer. Thank you!

For my card, I grabbed some gold mirror paper, which I bought from the Our Daily Bread designs show booth earlier this year, to use with Spellbinders Ironworks Motifs and Ironworks Accents die sets. The background was embossed with a Spellbinders Floral and Stone Impressabilities metal template, then used the template as a stencil to sponge around with Ranger Antique Linen Distress Ink. The die-cut pieces were popped up with foam tape and pearls were added as an accent. The sentiment panel was cut out with Spellbinders Lacey Circles, sponged with Antique Linen. Using a Stamp-a-ma-jig stamp positioner, I was able to stamp one word at a time inside the circle using the sentiment from the Our Daily Bread designs set, 'Warm Wishes'.

Card 'Ingredients':
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs' 'Warm Wishes';
Cardstock: SU Whisper White;
Designer paper: Gold mirror paper (brand unknown);
Ink: Ranger Antique Linen and Stazon Timber Brown;
Accessories: Spellbinders Ironworks Motifs, Ironworks Accents, Lacey Circles, and 'Floral and Stone' Impressabilities template; Stamp-a-ma-jig, Zva Creative Pearls, foam tape, sponge dauber, paper piercer and template;
Size: 4-3/4 x 6.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! God Bless!

Eye catching and beautiful. Love how you used the dies on the gold shiny paper, not overdone in any way, just enough gold and some stitching with my favorite pearls....a truly lovely card.
