For my first card, I used the 'Deer Silhouette Greetings' set. The deer, grass, and tree were stamped in Stazon Jet Black, then the rest of the scene was sponged over scratch paper masking, using teal and purple inks. The moon is merely the white cardstock which was masked with a circle. Matching purple baker's twine, pearls, and tiny metallic star sequins were added for embellishments.....and paper piercing, of course!!
My second card features the new 'Sail Away' set, along with the following items from sister company Our Daily Bread designs: ODBD Custom 'Faithful Fish Pattern Die and Debossing Plate', ODBD Custom 'Elegant Ovals' Dies, ODBD Custom 'Pennants' Dies, and some awesome designer paper from the soon-to-be-released ODBD 'Vintage Ephemera Paper Collection' (available June 1st). The scene was stamped in Stazon Jet Black, then all of the white parts you see were masked with scratch paper so that the scene could be sponged, then highlighted with markers and a white paint pen.

Angie, your cards are gorgeous! I especially LOVE your sail boat scene and it made me kick myself all over for not getting that one too! I love how you masked off your white then sponged, it looks so perfect!!! I couldn't believe it when I read that...I think I must be a messy sponger! Love the way you put all your elements together with the dies and that embossing die as well! It is perfection! Love your deer card too and what a great idea for a horizon, to mask and sponge a bit of darker color for the water, beautiful!
These are awesome, Angie! I love the soft blues and big ol' masked moon on the deer card. The colors of your sunset are gorgeous on the sailboat card & the paper looks great as a backdrop.
The deer silhouettes on that soft blue background are so serene.....really pretty. And I love your coloring on the ship. These look like very versatile stamp sets..thanks for the chance to win!
