Birthday Bass

Hi, everyone!  This week's Inspiration Challenge over at Splitcoast is to find inspiration from the Belk store.....I needed to create a masculine birthday card and I was drawn to this Bass wall art. Since my bass image was begging to be mounted on the wall, I created a plaque with a pattern from the Weathered Wood Paper Collection, cut with an Oval die then matted with black cardstock and a Double Stitched Ovals Die.  The images (from 'Great Catch' Stamp/Die Duos set) were stamped with Stazon Jet Black onto watercolor paper then water-colored and highlighted with markers and a clear glaze pen. The green layer was dry embossed with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder, then cut out with the Double Stitched Rectangles Dies, matted with a Rectangle Die and Matting Rectangle Die.  The Nephew dies are from Family Names 3.
