Happy October, everyone!!! Welcome to the New Release Blog Hop for Our Daily Bread designs! To keep my post short, I have not included pics of all of the new sets, but please take a quick peek here at the New Release post on the ODBD blog. One of the new sets has been dedicated to one of our very own "Breadsticks", Randi Barrett, so please take a moment and check out the post.
I have used the new "Wood Background" stamp plus the 3rd set in the "Full of Grace" collection, called "Pray". I thought that these two together would make a great guy card, along with the May Arts Twill ribbon, Basic Grey "Capella" designer paper, and Basic Grey black brads, plus some Ranger Antique Linen and Weathered Wood distress inks! For the layout of this card, I have used the Splitcoast Sketch #300.
Before I get to the blog hop, I would love to make a very exciting announcement! For the next two months, my dear friend and Christian Paper Crafts DT sister, Marcelle Schauer, will be a Guest Designer.....or should I say a "Guest Breadstick"?! Congrats, Marcelle! For some reason this is showing in black and white. I can tell by the layout however that it is gorgeous! How could it not be with the wood background, and that wonderful quote?! Isn't that so true. He knows our prayers and our greatest hopes before we even settle down to pray! He also knows what is best for us...He loves us so much! Thank you for the awesome reminders this card brings out!
