Divinity Designs LLC April 2025 Blessings Box!

Here are some fantastic add-on products which can received with a discount if combined with the Blessings Box:

 

For my first sample, I chose one of my favorite papers from the Cottage Garden A2 Card Fronts paper pack and cut the bottom peony out with a circle die (to use for another card below).  The sentiment from Birthday Wishes was stamped onto white vellum and adhered to the white panel with an adhesive sheet. Other products used: Pierced Rectangles Dies, Matting Rectangle Die, A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer Die set, and Foam Mounting Tape.

 

The peony image cut out from the previous card was used for this card. The scripture verse from Birthday Wishes was stamped on white vellum then adhered to the peony circle with an adhesive sheet; a Scalloped Circle Die was used for a mat.  For the background panel, a white panel was dry embossed with the Cross Stitch Embossing Folder, then green, yellow, and apricot inks were used with Blending Brushes.  The bottom layers of the Peony Dies were colored with Blending Brushes and the top layers, cut from apricot, were adhered using adhesive sheets. (Attach a piece of adhesive sheet to the back of the cardstock before die-cutting.  This saves the trouble of trying to glue the intricate die-cuts!)

 

Next up is a card created for my step-mom for Mother's Day.  Her favorite color is red, so this gorgeous designer paper from the Stained Glass Roses A2 Card Fronts pack was perfect! The Roses Dies were cut from red and gold foil cardstock to coordinate with the designer paper. The sentiment is from The Greatest Gift Stamp/Die Duo set; panels cut and matted with Ovals and Pierced Ovals Dies.

 

This next card was created for a great-niece for her birthday.  I chose a sentiment from Birthday Wishes and a pretty bookmark from the Shabby Chic Rose Bookmarks Paper Pad. One end of the bookmark was cut with the bottom end of the Hummingbird Bookmark Die, then cut the other end of the bookmark in order to create a panel instead of a bookmark.  Other items used: Fancy Fans Mixed Media Stencil, Blending Brushes, Butterfly Layering Combo 3, Mini Slimline Card Base, Mini Slimline Rectangles, Mini Slimline Scalloped Rectangles, Ovals Dies, Scalloped Ovals Dies.

 

Last but not least, an anniversary card created for my in-laws, featuring another gorgeous pattern from the Cottage Garden A2 Card Fronts Paper Pad and the most perfect scripture for them from Bookmark Scriptures 2.  I love to stamp onto vellum and adhere straight to the designer paper using an adhesive sheet; this allows a clear image with the stamp but it allows the beautiful paper to be seen as well.  The largest arch die from the Arches Shaker Set was cut and popped up with Foam Mounting Tape over the scripture.

Divinity Designs LLC April Birthday Bird of the Month

Hi, everyone! I hope you are enjoying the Bird of the Month Club so far.....the design team sure is having a blast creating samples for you!  Check out the Birthday Bird of the Month for April....the canary!!  I love that there are quite a few colors in the canary family.....the samples from the team are amazing!!  Check out all of the details for the Birthday Bird of the Month HERE! 

My first sample was a total blast to make!!  I looked online for color samples of canaries and saw that, just like other bird species, the males were more colorful than the females.  This gave me the idea to create a pair for my card sample.  The canaries were colored with markers and then the green was blended onto the male by using a blending brush and reverse mask which was cut from scratch paper. The background was cut with the Lattice Background Die and popped up with Foam Tape over the Matting Rectangle and A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer Die set.

My next sample looks florescent in the photo, however, the card base is simply a coral color.  This canary was colored with a Blending Brush, using red and poppy inks.  The designer paper is Artistic Outpost Vagabond Treasures Collection.  The little tag is from the Treat Tag Dies.

Divinity Designs LLC April New Release!

Hi, everyone!  Spring has finally sprung!! We have a fun, smaller release for April and we are having a blast using the products so far!  Check out all of the new goodies and beautiful samples HERE on the website or HERE on Instagram!

For my first sample, I have combined the adorable Sweet Treats Goodie Bag with part of the Blooming Bouquet Die set.  I found some malted milk balls in the Easter section at the grocery and thought they looked like Robin eggs, so I used the beautiful image from the Birthday Bird of the Month - March Stamp/Die Duo set. The gingham paper is from the Polka Dots and Gingham Slimline Paper Pad.

My next sample features the Lily & Frame Dies.  The top layer die was cut from gold foil cardstock (with an adhesive sheet on the back); the bottom layer was cut with white and colored with Blending Brushes.  I know, I know, the designer paper (from Spring Flowers 2 Slimline Paper Pad) has daffodils instead of lilies.....it began as an accident but I decided not to redo it because I like it!!  The sentiment is from Live by Faith and was stamped onto a vellum panel onto the designer paper.

When I first received the Blooming Bouquet Dies set, I noticed that two of the blooms were similar to the orange blossoms in this pattern from the Lemon Love Paper Pad, so I copied the color pattern in my die cut pieces.  For the vase, a piece of white cardstock was embossed with the Flourishes Embossing Folder, cut with the vase die, then light green ink was blended with a blending brush.  The sentiment is from the Thank You Stamp/Die Duos set.

More Beautiful Blessings Box Samples!!!!

Hi, everyone!  I have had so much fun with the January Blessings Box bundle and add-on bookmark paper pads! To find out about the quarterly subscription bundles from Divinity Designs LLC, please visit the website HERE!

My first sample for today is a card with four coordinating bookmarks. Two of the bookmarks feature the Hummingbird Bookmarks paper collection; the other two bookmarks were created with window sheets colored with alcohol inks and die cut with the Hummingbird Bookmarks Dies. Ivory pearl cardstock was used for the layers.  The Flourishes Embossing Folder was used for the pocket layers and for the back sides of the bookmarks.

 

Next up is a birthday card created for my aunt which features the Vintage Roses Bookmarks, along with the Mini Slimline Pierced Windows Die, Happy Birthday with Layers Dies set, and the Mini Slimline Card Base.

My next sample features another beautiful pattern from the Hummingbird Bookmarks paper collection, along with a coordinating panel from the Watercolor Paper Pad.  The curve was cut with the Leafy Edge Border Dies set; the card base was cut with the Mini Slimline Card Base Die.  The sentiment is from the Bold Blessings Stamp/Die Duo set. 

Next is a keychain which I picked up at JoAnn's years ago.  The insert pops out and I added one of the gorgeous hummingbirds from the bookmark papers.  The opposite side is a leftover piece of the alcohol inks from my first card in the post.

For my next sample, I did a little experimenting with Shrink Plastic and the plain bookmark die from the Hummingbird Bookmark Dies. Alcohol inks were added to the plastic sheet, then the scripture from the Bookmark Scriptures set was stamped in Stazon Jet Black.  After shrinking with my heat tool, the "charm" was a little wavy but I think it's cool!  

I saved my favorite for last, a birthday card for my Mom. The scripture from Bookmark Scriptures was stamped over a background which was created with the Fancy Fans Mixed Media Stencil and Blending Brushes. Other products used here were the Hummingbird Bookmarks papers, Pierced Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer; the Hummingbird Bookmarks Die was used to cut the image panel; once the bookmark is cut, I turned the die around and cut the tab off of the top by partially die-cutting just the end.

Happy 17th Anniversary to Divinity Designs LLC!

Hi, everyone!  Today is the 17th Anniversary for Divinity Designs LLC!  Wow, the years have flown by!  I am blessed to have been on the design team for 16-1/2 of those 17 years!  Kelley has released a beautiful new stamp set for the occasion along with four amazing flower die sets....I am having a blast so far creating with them!  Check out all of the designer samples, sale info, and new products HERE on the website or HERE on Instagram.

 

Earlier month, the Birthday Bird of the Month set for March was released, however, the US postal service did not delivery my package on time and I had to miss out.  So, my sample for today features the beautiful Robin image from that set, along with my favorite scripture verse from the new anniversary set, Live By Faith.  I created the background with the Wrinkle Free Distress Technique since I wanted to match the robin eggs from the image.

 

My next sample features the Daffodils die set and a sentiment from Live By Faith.  The planter was created with a  layer die from the Mini Card and Layers Dies set; an Oval Die was used to cut the vellum sentiment layer; the background paper is from Spring Flowers Collection 2019 Paper Pad.

 

I had fun with the Tulips die set on the next sample, trying to create matching tulips with those on the designer paper; the tulip blossoms were cut from white, then lightly water-colored with gray.  The fence die was a perfect embellishment, popped up with Foam Mounting Tape.  A Scalloped Circle cut from vellum, with a white circle underneath was a subtle and soft way to present the beautiful sentiment from Live By Faith.

 

Lastly, the Lily of the Valley die set was paired with another fun pattern from the Spring Flower Collection 2019 paper pad, the Fence Die, and a wonderful scripture from Live By Faith.  The sentiment was stamped onto white vellum since I wanted the designer paper to show through.  Oval dies were used to cut the frame.

Divinity Designs LLC Blessings Box - New Project Samples!

Hi, everyone!  I hope you are enjoying the January Blessings Box goodies from Divinity Designs LLC!  Today we are sharing new samples.....check out all of the photos and Blessings Box info HERE or on Instagram HERE!

My first sample for today I paired the Blessings Box goodies (and Book Lovers Bookmarks add-on) with the Perk Up Stamp/Die Duo and letters from the Letter Board Die set. The scripture verses were gold embossed on the back of each bookmark to coordinate with the gold foil cardstock layers.

 

Next is a sample which shows the bookmark papers in another creative way.  I love sharing how versatile each product is.  The Vintage Rose Bookmarks made fantastic layers for the Triple Step Landscape with Layers card.  Also featured is the Twas Grace stamp set and Amazing Grace with Layers Dies.

Next up is a cheerful card which uses three of the Spring Flowers Bookmarks with the A2 Pierced Triple Window Die and a sentiment from the Birthday Bird of the Month set from February.

My last sample for today features the Hummingbird Bookmarks Dies (withe the bookmark top cut off), layered onto one of the Spring Flower Bookmarks, plus one of the Bookmark Scriptures.

Divinity Designs LLC February New Release!

Hi, everyone! Welcome to the February New Release party!! We have one awesome new layering die set and some gorgeous new paper pads and card fronts!  Check out all of the samples and details HERE on the website or HERE on Instagram!

My first set of samples features the Floral 2 Gift Tag Card Fronts Paper Pad.  The card fronts are A2 and the smaller designs coordinate with the Gift Tag and Envelope Dies. Additional dies used: A2 Landscape Card Base with Layer, Matting Rectangle, Thank You Stamp/Die Duo, and Thank You with Layers.

Next is a quick and easy card which features the Stained Glass Spring Flowers A2 Card Fronts, a sentiment from the June Birthday Flower of the Month set, and the following dies: Scalloped Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, Pierced Rectangles, A2 Landscape Card Base with Layer, Scalloped Ovals, Pierced Ovals, and Ovals.

My next project is a shaker card which features the Star Layering Combo Die set.  The patriotic paper for the background is from the Stars and Stripes Paper Pad.  Other dies used: Square Card Base, Double Stitched Squares, Squares, and a sentiment from Shine Bright.

Lastly, here is a card set on which I used the Birthday Balloons Gift Tag Card Fronts Paper Pad.  Other dies used: Slimline Happy Birthday and Layers, Happy Birthday with Layers, and balloon dies from the Balloons and Streamers die set and the Happy Birthday Dies set.
