Hi, everyone! This week's Queen for the Day over at Splitcoast is NancyRuth......yay, Nancy Ruth!!! Her gallery is immense....she is a card-making-machine!!! I fell in love with this gorgeous card, with the hot pink stamping with light pink sponging and the square design is so cool! I used the 'Pansies' set by North Coast Creations (sister company to Our Daily Bread designs) with Stazon Fuschia ink and sponged with SU Pink Pirouette. The paper piercing on each square took a while and placing the squares evenly was a challenge, but I love how it turned out. (Once I began assembling the card, I realized that my squares were too big, but it was too late!!) This is a birthday card for my niece, who loves pink and anything girly, so I added some stickles to the flowers and some hot pink pearls.
