Happy Saturday, everyone! Today it's my turn to share a "Gracious Glimpse" (sneak peek) of the upcoming Design Team Delights gallery at Christian Paper Crafts, which will open on the 15th. Check out the deets here on how to subscribe in order to view this fabulous gallery each month. This month's theme is "Back To School" but also includes Bible Study, Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, and so on.....anything to do with learning is included! Check out some of the gorgeous "Gracious Glimpses" at the CPC blog!
Since I don't have kids, the "Back to School" theme was a bit challenging for me at first. But then I thought of the Pledge of Allegiance and how we never started class without it when I was in school. And so, the blackboard idea was born. The "I Pledge Allegiance" stamp by Our Daily Bread designs was stamped onto black cardstock with white Craft ink (which I should have clear embossed....it took forever to dry!!) The math formulas and ABC's were hand-drawn with a Signo white gel pen. The flag swags were die cut with the "Patriotic Swag" by Cheery Lynn Designs....see my Product Review Video on the Cheery Lynn Designs dies here at the ODBD store!
