Bible Verse Thursday / Stamping In Time Challenge Combo!

Happy Thursday, everyone!!! Time for another Bible Verse Thursday / Stamping In Time Challenge combo!!! As winter is coming to an end, the Lord is showing us many new miracles as the spring flowers and trees begin to come back to life. So, in the spirit of spring, this week's Bible Verse Thursday Challenge theme at Christian Paper Crafts is "Fabulous Florals". Create a card, layout, altered item, etc., and use any type of flowers.....floral designer paper, floral stamps, flower shaped buttons, floral embellishments, or a scripture verse mentioning flowers or blossoms, etc.

For my sample, I have used a scripture verse from "The Lord Is Risen" set by Our Daily Bread designs, along with Basic Grey "Origins" designer paper, May Arts Satin Embroidered Ribbon tied with a Bow Easy, Zva Creative Pearls, Martha Stewart Doily Lace Border Punch, Ranger Crackle Accents, "Pearl" Glimmer Mist, and Spellbinders Big Scalloped Ovals.

Here is a close up of the "cracked glass" effect from the Ranger Crackle Accents....simply squeeze it from the bottle over your project and let it crackles on its own.

Today also kicks off another Stamping in Time: On Assignment Challenge with Our Daily Bread designs. Since ODBD's third anniversary is next week, this week's challenge theme is inspired by traditional gift ideas for a third anniversary. We are using glass/crystal/clear as our theme. You can use any technique, product, or embellishment that conveys to you the glass/crystal/clear theme. Not only does product fit into this theme, but think about scriptures and Christian meanings as well. We look forward to seeing what you create using ODBD stamps! Check out the details on how to win $ toward ODBD stamps HERE on the ODBD blog. Good luck!!

Check out the gorgeous Stamping In Time samples from some of my fellow "Breadsticks":

Along with the Bible Verse Thursday and Stamping in Time challenges, I have also incorporated the following challenges in the making of this card:
Sketch Tuesday Challenge and Color Monday Challenge, both from Christian Paper Crafts;
Fab-n-Funky: Make it Girly;
Scrap Creations: Going Green;
