Dare To Get Dirty Challenges 2019!!!!

Hi, everyone!  Today is the kick-off for the 2019 Dare to Get Dirty Challenges over at Splitcoast!!  Any Fan Club member who participates in the week long event qualifies to win goodies....to find out more about the Fan Club, click HERE.  If you are already a member, you will be able to see the Dare To Get Dirty Challenge Forum.  

My card today was created for Lori's DTGD19lmcaree challenge.....I can share how I created my card, but the challenge details are a secret.....you have to be a Fan Club member to find out!!

The background on my card was created by blending several colors of Alcohol Ink onto a Yupo paper panel, then cut out with the Pierced Rectangles Dies.  The balloon was die cut from turquoise cardstock with the Birthday Balloons Dies, stenciled with navy, then popped up with foam tape.  The 'Happy' and sentiment are from the 'Happy' Stamp/Die Duos set.  The 'Happy' was die cut from navy and white and the 'birthday' was stamped then die cut with the 'Sentiment Strips' Dies.  The stripes on the balloon and the word die were both accented with a clear glaze pen.
