ODBD Blog...let us know you have finished!!
Below are the products featured in my post today:
For my first sample, I used the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern Die set for both the popped up frame and inset die cut. The image from 'Just A Note' was stamped onto the white die cut plus again onto another scratch piece of cardstock, then fussy cut, colored, sponged, and popped up with foam tape over the image on the panel. Brown pearls and natural ribbon were the only embellishments used since I did not want to take away from the beauty of the image and the message. (P.S. This is now my fave ODBD stamp....LOVE it!!!!)
My second sample features the 'Grunge Piano Background' stamp and a sentiment from 'Sing Thy Grace'. The background was stamped twice with Versamark onto Naturals White (speckled) cardstock, then heat embossed in black. All of the keys and notes were fussy cut from one image and popped up with foam tape over the main panel, which was sponged with Kraft ink, linen thread added, then adhered to the Kraft card base. The sentiment was also heat embossed and popped up. The photo does not show the dimension very well, but it looks really cool in the real....the fussy cutting was so worth it!!
Thanks so much for hanging out with us today!! May your 2015 be filled with blessings!!!
The lace die background is so beautiful and how you distress the note is perfect.
