ODBD Blog....let us know that you have finished!

Here are the new stamps and dies featured in my post for today, for my two new projects and sneak peeks which I shared earlier in the week:

ODBD Custom Flip Flop Border Die

Our Daily Bread designs Ocean Treasures Our Daily Bread designs Walk With Jesus

Our Daily Bread designs Anchor the Soul Our Daily Bread designs My Lifeguard

My first sample is an 8 x 8 scrapbook page which features a sentiment from Life is Better, the image from Anchor the Soul, along with the following items from the July release: Pennant Swag Alphabet (small letters), the Pennant Alphabet (larger letters), and the ODBD Custom Pennants Die Set. The photos are from a cruise on which my hubby and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary back in May (if you look close, you can see the cruise ship in the background.)

My next project is a card I made using the Ocean Treasures set.  The sand dollar was stamped in black onto kraft cardstock, sponged with blush ink, highlighted with a white chalk marker, then the whole thing was clear embossed.  The white panel behind the sand dollar was stamped with the same image, but in blush ink.....this looks really pretty in the real, but the light ink was camera shy.

Here are some sneak peeks which I shared on my blog and in my Splitcoast and ODBD galleries this week:

  3. Angie,
Your cards are beautiful. You do an amazing job at coloring, wow. I love your layout, my favorite color. Question: I've never used chalk markers, they don't dry too fast for embossing? You've done a great job.
