The Life In Your Years

****If you are looking for the Our Daily Bread designs June New Release Blog Hop, please scroll down one post. ******

Happy Saturday, everyone! It's so great when I have a full Saturday to stay home, with no plans to go anywhere...yay! I love playing in the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoast every Saturday....it's one of my favorite challenges! This week's challenge is to find an item from the Bibelot store.....this adorable little bicycle reminded me that I haven't inked up the new "Bicycle" set by Our Daily Bread designs! Then I hopped over to the Queen For The Day Challenge, to see who was crowned....it's BeckyTE!!!  My goodness, you HAVE GOT to visit her gallery.....Hallmark, eat your heart out....this girl has the most amazing gallery full of flowers, birds, and all things beautiful!  I chose this gorgeous card....I love using cutting dies for the main panel on my cards, so this is the one!

I will also be linking to the following challenges:
Raise the Bar: 'Hello Summer';
Paper Play: 'Double Delight'....I used two clouds;
Perfect Sentiments: 'Anything Goes...with a sentiment'.

The white panel was cut out with the largest die from the Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles set....while the panel was still in the die, I stamped the image, then sponged around the edges to give it a border. This creates a matted look without adding another layer.

Card 'Ingredients':
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs 'Bicycle';
Cardstock: Stampin Up Real Red and Whisper White;
Ink: Stazon Jet Black, Stampin Up Markers and Ink Pads;
Accessories: Spellbinders Romantic Rectangles Dies, Memory Box 'Puffy Clouds' dies, Gingham Ribbon, Foam Tape, Sponge daubers;
Size: 6-1/4 x 4-1/4.

Thanks so much for visiting! Have a very blessed weekend!!

As always-your card is perfect! Pulling the red into the bike & the flowers just rounds the whole card.

Thanks for playing with us @ The Perfect Sentiment.

This is gorgeous, Angie! Love the red base which pulls the pop of red in the bike and the daisies together! Great summertime scene! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Raise the Bar!

Fabulous card. The coloring of your bicycle really makes it pop out of your scene. Just beautiful. Thanks for joining us at Perfect Sentiment.
