Sure and Steadfast!

Happy Monday, everyone! Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend! This is a Father's Day card I made for my dear Father-in-law, using the "Anchor" set by Our Daily Bread designs. You're probably wondering why I didn't use one of the ODBD Father's Day sets to make his card? Well, his birthday is in April and this year and last I used a Father's Day set to make his birthday card....just couldn't help myself!!

This week's Color Monday Challenge over at Christian Paper Crafts is perfect for a masculine card....check out the details HERE on the Christian Paper Crafts creative blog. If you'd like to play in the weekly challenges, come on over and link your projects! Even if you're not a member to the CPC community site YET, you can still play along on the blog.
Also, this week's Featured Stamper over at Splitcoast is Tami Mayberry!!!! Yay, Tami!! For those of you who don't know Tami, she not only is uber-talented and uber-sweet, but she runs the popular sketch challenge blog, Card Positioning Systems. I have chosen this gorgeous card from Tami's gallery to re-create....I loved the entire design so I kept it as close as possible. I am also using the Speedy the Cat's Friends' Challenge...to use at least one button.
