Footprints In The Sand

This is a card I made for my nephew, Conner, who just turned eighteen.....gosh, just yesterday Aunt Angie (me) was babysitting and changing diapers!!! Since he loves anything to do with the ocean, I thought the Footprints In The Sand from Our Daily Bread designs would make a nice grown-up card for him....and this is a good message for anyone, I don't care who you are! God is ALWAYS with us, even when we don't feel it!

I have used the following challenges in the making of this card:
Clean and Simple Saturday at Christian Paper Crafts: use only two layers;
Wednesday Case Artist Challenge at Christian Paper Crafts is to re-create a project from Carolyn aka Stampencamper's awesome gallery...I was inspired by this 8x8 page because of the beautiful message and footprints on the beach;
Crafty Catz: Paper Tearing;
Our Creative Corner: color challenge of rust, blue, gold, brown;
Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge: I chose this "Sun Kissed Rug"...the colors are gorgoeus!
Etsy Inspired Challenge: I chose this awesome Sea Sand Necklace from the Happy Days Designs Store.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a blessed weekend!!!

What perfect time for this beautiful card! I just spent the weekend on Amelia Island, here off of Florida. When I went to sit on the beach, I saw a set of foot prints and of course I thought of that poem. So, I walked beside them for a couple of steps. I know it is corney...but it made me so glad to know the Lord!

Your card is a beautiful reminder of His Faithfulness to being here for us. You did a beautiful job.

He IS Able,
Traci S.
