Christian Paper Crafts Blog Hop Sponsored by Magenta

Hi everyone!! It's been a while since our last Christian Paper Crafts Blog Hop! We are so excited to announce that today's hop is being sponsored by Magenta ! Nathalie from Magenta was so generous in donating some of their famous Peel Off stickers and cute little treat boxes for our DT to play with. If you have not heard of Magenta yet, I'm sure that you will check them out after you see all of the awesome samples from our Design Team today!! They carry a wide variety of stamps, papers, templates, stickers, embellishments, and other accessories to turn your paper-crafting into PAPER ART!! Magenta's website also has a gallery full of gorgeous projects to inspire you with "Magenta Style"!

This treat box, also from Magenta, and the card were embellished with Peel Off stickers from the "Onion Flowers" set. Each Peel Off set offers a little something different, from borders, to images, to accent leaves and "dots".

Designed by Angie Crockett

For the card, I used the Onion Flower border strip across the raised panel and "dots" for the corners just as I would normally use pearls or brads. The image sticker was adhered to vellum, then the back side of the vellum was sponged, then adhered to the mat. I used a scripture sticker from my stash and added Irridescent Gold Glimmer Mist for a shimmery finish to match the gold Peel Off's.

The treat box was embellished with the Onion Flowers Peel Off stickers as well. What looks like an eyelet at the top is also one of the stickers which I placed over the punched holes.

This card sample also highlights the Onion Flowers Peel Off Stickers. This image sticker was adhered to vellum, the back side colored in pink and blue, then adhered to the mat. The little gold dots on the scalloped mat are also stickers.....such a wide variety in each set....I love 'em!!!

This Stampendous Mini-Pail was embellished using the "Stars and Snowflakes" Peel Off set.

Here is a close-up of the lid, showing just one of many awesome stars from the set, along with silver dots (instead of my usual paper-piercing!)

Wow Angella! Your stuff for this bloghop is simply elegant - especially those first cards with the lovely coppery colours. Great idea to mount them on vellum and colour the back. It makes it very delicate and pretty.

Wow Angie - you made so many beautiful creations. Everything you make is gorgeous, of course. You did a fabulous job with the peel-offs! They are so pretty in the first place! As I said to Marcelle, they are like little works of art. Not something you usually say about stickers. These are fabulous! Great idea using the vellum and coloring the backgrounds to make them look even more amazing. Btw, love your big pink bow. It's perfect! (Did you use your bow easy? I want one of those if my bows will look like yours!) I'm also going to stop by the Magenta site. I have always loved their stamps. Didn't know they made these other great things!

I am delinquent for sure, but let me say, I am so delighted to be the recipient of such a work of art! I haven't checked my mail for a few days. I was delighted to find a beautiful card and treat box in it today! (My 2 adult children always look for the mail, so I dont, we all share the same address!) Angie the fine detail is wonderful to look at on line, but NO COMPARISON to the eye candy I am looking at now! Thank you so much for blessing me! LOve LOVE LOVE it! and YOU!
